Olympus has launched a new DSLR camera with Dual Fast AF, the Olympus E M1. The OMD E-M1 is designed and made for those who takes the photography seriously( Pro shooters).

It comes with 16.3 megapixel Live MOS sensor, True-pic Vll image processor and ZUIKO lens system. It has new contrast detection AutoFocus,the newly developed ON chip phase detection Auto focus and Dual FAST AF that tracks the targeted object quickly. It has Full frame electronic viewfinder with 1.48x magnification factor and 2.36 million dot LCD panel. It features 5 axis Image stabilization with Multi-Motion IS mechanism that makes the shooting better. The Olympus OM-D E-M1 also comes with WiFi connectivity and can also scan the QR code. The E-M1 will be compatible with Olympus Four Third Lenses. The M ZUIKO digital ED 12-40mm f/2.8 PRO lens is also launched at the same time. Check out Sample image on the company’s website.
The camera is made from Magnesium and is Dustproof/ Splashproof/freezeproff ( -10 degree C). Although it is not splashproof. It has tilting touch screen LCD display. The Olympus OM-D E-M1 is capable of recording full HD 1080p videos. It would be priced for Rs 108,000 for body in India
